Motivating and Inspirational Force

Shannon is a Central Arkansas native, and grew up in a family of entrepreneurs where she was taught that no goal was too big, and no dream was too unreasonable. She is a graduate of Benton High School, later attending the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Her resourcefulness and entrepreneurialism are a trait she attributes to strong core values set a young age. Throughout her career as a job recruiter in Little Rock, she has remained constant in her commitment to staffing excellence and providing top-notch talent to employers in the community.

Outside of Being a Job Recruiter in Little Rock

Shannon finds it particularly rewarding to give back to her community. She is an active supporter of many charitable organizations, including the Arkansas Food Bank, Compassion Center, as well as Centers for Youth and Families. She and her husband Greg are avid supporters of Mid-South Greyhound Adoption where they work with retired racers being placed with their forever homes.

Her accomplishments are many, but her proudest are her family.

Her daughter, Shelby Brogdon, is a 2018 graduate of Rosenberg School of Optometry in San Antonio, TX and is now a practicing O.D at Simmons Vision in Benton, AR.

Shannon’s favorite place is the beach or lake when she’s not working at her employment agency in Little Rock. She also loves traveling to concerts around the region, and showering her three dogs with love and affection.
