How We Work
1. Once we establish a point of contact within your office, we will communicate regularly about the positions you have open. Let us know what you’re looking for and we will draw up a job description and start recruiting potential candidates.
2. After we receive applications for your opening, we screen each and every candidate with a face-to-face interview with one of our recruiters to ensure they’re the right fit. We even recruit outside of the candidate pool if we find someone we think you will love.
3. We will send the top candidates for you to review and then set those candidates up for interviews with your company at your request. We will make offers and negotiate salaries if needed, as well as perform any necessary background checks, and/or drug screens before they get started.
4. For temp-to-permanent openings, your selected candidate will be on our company payroll for 90 days (480 hours) while you work with them and determine if they are the right fit.
